When you encounter various usage issues while using the CyberData system, or if you have suggestions for feature optimization or experience improvement that need to be reported, you can submit your feedback via CyberData App.
Note:
Issue feedback should include client operation logs to assist the software technical team in accurately identifying and troubleshooting faults.
Recommendation:
When submitting feedback, please provide as clear a description of the issue as possible, along with specific steps to reproduce it. If necessary, include your contact information and attach screenshots or screen recordings of the problem.
Method 1: On the login Interface, go to Settings → Feedback → fill in the issue description (required) and contact information (optional) → Submit.

Method 1: Open the CyberData APP, go to the login interface → tap the "Settings" icon → select "Feedback".
After filling in the issue description (required) and contact information (optional), click "Submit".

Method 2: Go to Home page on App → Settings → Fill in the issue description, contact information and any “Screenshots or recording attachement” → Tap “Submit”
